Clients call the 24/7 response number in their runbook or service agreement. Not a client yet? Send us a message marked "Security incident" on the contact page. Meanwhile, keep affected systems running but disconnect them from the network, so that no evidence is lost.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients start with one penetration test or a risk assessment, and add services once they have seen how we work.
Do you help with NIS2?
Yes. We run gap assessments against NIS2 and ISO 27001, and help with the policies, controls and reporting it requires.
